Just a gal in her early 30’s imposing her views on the world like everyone else.  People who really know me tell me I’m funny, thoughtful, stubborn, a good cook, determined, creative, love to surprise people and I dig game nights.  I know, big dork and I like it that way.  I’m hopelessly stuck in the 70’s and 80’s music world with a few good times 90’s bands like No Doubt, Sugar Ray and Smashmouth thrown in.  I love all styles of music except twangy country and I’m not a big hip hop fan as a genre but like the occasional song they churn out.  My friends and I were making stupid tapes and videos long before Jackass and reality shows and wish we’d patented the idea back then.  I’m using this blog as a way to relieve some of the stress of stupid things that get under my skin and I can’t change.

I love creative writing, listening to people, having intelligent and/or thought provoking conversations and silly ones too.  I believe immaturity coupled with ignorance are a dangerous combination and have a low tolerance for it.  I believe maturity along with a healthy sense of humor, not taking yourself too seriously and the ability to laugh at one’s self and life are a winning combination.  I have a bit of a potty mouth so if you can’t handle it, might want to cover your eyes occasionally or find another blog to frequent.  ;-)

I reserve the right to not approve douchey comments so if you’ve commented and are wondering where it is, accept I’ve deemed it douchey and move on.  I have.  There are plenty of other blogs who let anyone spew hate.  Have fun!
